Restricted-use permissions apply to a person, not a role. The Certified Applicator role only grants them while the user has a valid certification on file. When the certification expires, they switch off automatically.

View costs: unit costs, $ values and the Inventory Value report show for Approver/Admin only. Technicians, drivers and warehouse staff never see dollar amounts. A user has one main role. Admins can add single extra permissions on the user detail screen, and every change is logged.
